1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship our products across India, including all major cities and towns.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after the order is placed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

In case of high order volume or special promotions, processing time may take slightly longer. If there is a delay, we will inform you accordingly.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Region Shipping Method Estimated Delivery Time:

  • India - Standard Courier (Delhivery, BlueDart, etc.) 3–5 business days.
  • International - DHL / India Post / FedEx, 8–10 business days

Delivery times may vary based on your location and local courier services.

4. Shipping Charges

1. Orders Above ₹800
Shipping Charges: Free
Cash on Delivery (COD): Free

2. Orders Below ₹800
Shipping Charges: ₹100

Shipping charges will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your order value.

5. Packaging

All Phalva products are packed carefully to maintain freshness, hygiene, and product quality during transit.

Our freeze-dried fruits are securely packed to prevent damage while shipping.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order.

7. Delays & Issues

Sometimes deliveries may be delayed due to unexpected circumstances such as:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier service delays
  • High order volume

We appreciate your patience in such situations.

8. Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct while placing the order.

Phalva will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
